"I've played on several platforms before but Rich 1988 really stands out when it comes to customer support. I once had an issue with a withdrawal and within 15 minutes of chatting with support, it was resolved. They communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and clearly know what they're doing. That's what has kept me coming back for over a year."
"A platform that truly understands what local players need. Depositing with TNG has never been an issue — funds come in fast. Their promotions aren't like other platforms loaded with strange conditions. Weekly cashback credited automatically without having to claim — that's what I appreciate most. Rich 1988 really knows what players want."
"What I love most about Rich 1988 is the deposit limit feature. I set a daily limit of RM 200 and once I hit it, the system automatically blocks any further deposits. It keeps me disciplined and helps me play within my means. Not many platforms actually care about something like this. Kudos to Rich 1988 for taking player responsibility seriously."
This is not a section we include just because we have to. It is a core value we live by.
Set your daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Lower limits take effect immediately; higher limits require a waiting period for your security.
Enable session time reminders in your account to receive notifications when you have been playing for too long. This helps you maintain a healthy balance between entertainment and your daily responsibilities.
Need a break? Activate self-exclusion for anywhere from 24 hours to a full year through your account settings. It takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period, for your own protection.
All Rich 1988 accounts go through an identity verification process using MyKad. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform. We take this responsibility very seriously.
